1. Are your piercings safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! All our jewellery is made from implant-grade titanium ASTM F136 or 316L surgical steel, which are both hypoallergenic and widely used for body piercings. No coatings, no cheap metals.

2. What is anodisation and does it affect quality?

Anodisation is a safe colouring process that changes the surface of titanium using electricity, not dyes or coatings. It’s hypoallergenic and doesn’t affect the integrity of the jewellery — it just makes it beautiful and vibrant!

3. Can I choose the colour of my piercing?

Yes – if you're purchasing anodised titanium, select the colour option available from the table colour on the product page.

4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and order number — we’ll sort it out for you. For more details, check our Returns & Warranty Policy on the main menu.

5. How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery within Australia depends on your location.
Express shipping options are available at checkout.


6. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for it to activate.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Australia, but international shipping may be available soon — follow us on Instagram for updates!
